Castle Donovan or Castledonovan or O’Donovan’s Castle refer to the remains of an Irish tower house or túrtheach, in a valley near Drimoleague, of medium size which was the so-called “seat” of the Clann Cathail sept of the O’Donovans for a period during the 16th century.

Adrian Cronin was born in Bantry, the Heart of West Cork. Having studied fisheries science in Tralee he then worked in Greece, Connemara & East Cork before returning to and settling down in Bantry. He married Caroline and 3 sons later they now own Bantry Photo Shop.
His love of nature and scenery can be seen in his photographic works.
If you call to the shop and he’s not there you can most likely find him on a hilltop or coastline with his trusty Canon camera in hand.
