Ballinskelligs, officially Baile an Sceilg, is a townland in the civil parish of Prior, County Kerry, Ireland. It may also refer to the wider district around the townland. It is located in the south-west of the Iveragh peninsula and is within the Gaeltacht. The townland was in the Poor law union of Cahersiveen.

Adrian Cronin was born in Bantry, the Heart of West Cork. Having studied fisheries science in Tralee he then worked in Greece, Connemara & East Cork before returning to and settling down in Bantry. He married Caroline and 3 sons later they now own Bantry Photo Shop.
His love of nature and scenery can be seen in his photographic works.
If you call to the shop and he’s not there you can most likely find him on a hilltop or coastline with his trusty Canon camera in hand.
